A genuine antique map of Berwickshire on the eastern border of Scotland. Taken from the magnificent Atlas published by Joan Blaeu in 1654, "Theatrum Orbis Terrarum sive Atlas Novus.". This was the first atlas to show Scotland in detail, much of which was based on the survey work earlier of Timothy Pont.
