The print on the reverse side is slightly visible through the paper, but correctly mounted this will not be obvious and will not distract from the overall fascination of this lovely drawing. As shown in the 4th photograph, there is print on the rear of the plan, confirming it as an original page extracted from the Illustrated London News in 1862.
