You are buying 2 pcs of RFT ECC81 (12AT7) valves / tubes in good working condition but not balanced. We tested the tubes on our Tesla tube tester BM215A where the “GOOD” value for ECC81 begins at 8mA (each section at Ug1= -1.5V and Ea=250V), the 100% is 13.25mA.
