Manysleeves have been 'laminated' either by way of 'punching' the plastic wallet to two parts of the sleeve (I have found it possible to remove this lamination with a little care, leaving just two neat brass punch holes and whatever stickers are underneath) or by fully wrapping the plastic to the sleeve.
