Antique (Circa 1900-1930) medium beautiful and nicely done rural wooded-landscape painting, with river, boat, and mountain in background with farm-house as subject-matter, done on canvas art-board as per pictures. Signed by artist; (L.M. Woods) as per pictures. Very well done and nice treatment of subject matter as per pictures. Beautiful ornate Art-Nouveau looking frame. Condition; it has a couple of dings to the paint surface as per pictures, painting colors are bright with strong brush-strokes, some light dings to the paint on frame finishes, along with a small spots on ornate mounding detail that has chipped off, overall a striking painting as per pictures.
