This auction is for an antique Pastel Landscape signed in the lower right-hand corner, “L. Lhermitte.” It depicts an impressionist country farm landscape at dusk, with the moon high in the sky. There are no problems or any restorations to this antique Leon L’Hermitte Pastel, plus it comes ready to display under glass in an 18 ½” by 25” carved and gilt wood frame, which has some light surface and edge wear.
