This was specifically designed for the sub housing of my A4 B8 Avant, which has the most basic stereo & speakers. The B&O subwoofer housing is different and not compatible. for Audi B8 A4/S4. It bolts to the original 4 mounting points and has 4 screw holes to mount the speaker to the ring.
