Once the clutch pedal has reached a certain point, the clutch engages. However, the clutch pedal has room to keep going, till it hits the oem stop. That travel of the clutch pedal is needless. We allow a bit of clearance from the point of the clutch engaging, and the point of it hitting our stop.
