The GPU-2 / XN-1 gun pod was tested and fielded on the OV-10A Bronco during the Vietnam War. The pod was developed to incorporate the Colt 20MM cannon like commonly used on other aircraft of that era like the F-8 Crusader and A-4 Skyhawk.This set provides enough parts to build a 1/32 replica of the gun pod.
