Christie’s ‘Sale of the Remaining Contents of the Studios of the late Sir William Russell Flint R.A., P.R.W.S. and of the late Francis Murray Russell Flint, R.W.S. by order of Mrs. Susan Russel Flint’ on Wednesday, December 10, 1970 at 10.30 a.m. This incredibly rare catalogue is in good condition with a couple of labels stuck on the front cover as shown together with a few crease marks. The catalogue includes 149 lots along with a two page introduction to the sale. It does not include illustrations for the lots but each is carefully described. This book is a very important source of information for those who collect Flint’s works and who have an interest in him. I could not find another copy of this catalogue for sale anywhere online which shows it is highly collectible.
