Battles of America by Sea and Land, by Robert Tomes. Three first edition volumes, published in 1861. The pages of text are in good condition, no tears or reader’s marks. There is minor foxing and staining on some of the title pages. The covers show some wear, scuffing, and cracked hinges as expected for the age of these books. (See photos). Overall good condition. One major problem- all the engravings have been removed from the books! Sadly, all that is left is the protective tissue pages.
