I have repaired and rebuilt Crisplant/Kosan/FKI/Intelligrated/Beumer ISD01 & ISD02 for many businesses with tilt tray sorters in the US, the EU and elsewhere. These ISD components are each individually tested and confirmed as operational, ISDs are then assembled and tested again before shipment. ISD cassette cases may be worn or scratched, missing paint, or other minor damage, but case will be structurally functional and will fit into the ISD back plane as intended. ISD I/O port pins will all be in alignment and I/O port sleeves will be functional to marry with back plane. Each ISD is tested again before shipment to ensure full functionality including I/O port pin alignment.
