FINE COPY OF THE RUBAIYAT OF OMAR KHAYYAM-- 1920--TIPPED IN PLATES-WILLY POGANY. Published by G Harrap co ltd at the riverside press Edinburgh, I believe there were a number of editions in various sizes and colours released by Harrap in the early 20th century. This particular variant is harder to come by, condition wise it’s very fine, no spotting, foxing, tears asides from a tear to the original suits cover at the bottom rear edge which you can just make out in pictures. Well illustrated throughout not only the Willy Pogany plates but the page layouts too. Pocket sized - it would make an excellent (and essential) addition to any poetry or book collection.
