Bound in the original gilt illustrated and titled publisher's green cloth (NOT an ex lib copy), some soiling to the spines. Pages generally good, though there is the odd handling mark or foxing spots here and there. Light toning to the pages. Blocks sound with no pages detached, though the inner hinges are a little cracked. Colour plates as called for, complete with all maps to the rear of the volumes as called for. Weighty set at over 3.5kg exc pkg.
