Hi, the possibility of replace the bushing allows you to reuse the bracket of the engine mount; so you would not have to buy a new bracket and you would save money. This Bushing is Hydraulic because it was filled with fluid when was manufactured at the factory; it has to be hydraulic so that the fluid absorbs the engine vibration.Our advice is: "never install that mount without this feature (Solid Option) in your car or you will feel your car like a blender".
