Brake disc retaining bolts are used to secure the brake disc to the hub a common problem with them is rust :(. If you have found yourself in this situation then you may have been left with no choice but to drill through them, a long and arduous task that is best avoided so why not replace those bolts with stainless steel ones ??. ).
