Giant decorative acorn hand turned by the seller in laminated oak. This beautiful hand-crafted piece has a diameter of 8.8cm and a total length (including stalk) of 14.7cm. It has been finished with a sanding sealer followed by a coat of carnauba wax which gives a long-lasting deep shine and which really shows off the beautiful grain in the wood. Many people seem to sell small decorative acorns, but over-size pieces such as this seem to be genuinely unusual and (hopefully) highly collectible. Please note that whilst I try to ensure that my descriptions of each piece are accurate, the actual item may be slightly lighter-darker than is shown in the images.
