This is a rare and valuable signed first edition of "Gone with the Wind" by Margaret Mitchell. The book has a hardcover binding, all pages are intact. There is some staining on a few of the pages, and the dust jacket though present is not in great shape. Overall the book is in in fair condition and was obviously loved by the original owner John W. Patton Jr, whose name plate is in the book as well.
