Hello. Customer return item. Hub connects to the internet. BUT I COULDN'T ESTABLISH A CONNECTION WITH HEAT LINK. When try the product, the heat link was only conflicting with the adapter. I did not connect the heat link to a boiler. I don't know if the connection is not established because it is not connected to the boiler or if there is a problem with the heat link or the nest That's why the product was listed as a parts or repair. I can't accept a return. Thanks
