He's not nearly as popular in the U.S. Of course, this is the sort of act that is best viewed live and an album cannot possibly do justice to it. The sound isn't too far off from Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, with similar-bent Elvis Presley-type howls, but Bob Log III's songs are even more similar than Spencer's.
