Absolutely beautiful vintage pop-up book - I think it is 1979 from Kestrel books:- A reproduction of the original antique pop up book by Lothar meggendorfer - the book unfolds to reveal six scenes featuring exciting circus acts from around the world - all three dimensional. International circus is considered the masterpiece of all Lothar meggendorfers pop up books - a very first antique is housed in the collection of the metropolitan museum of art, New York. This reproduction book is in itself rare - this one is in extremely good condition internally- external cover has a few bumps, grazes etc - but overall very good.
