Max flow filters offer superior filtration for fine particles on Stihl chainsaws. Better filtration reduces I,purities, which cause carbon build up and block spark arrestor meshes. Max flow filters utilise a new rain cover to cater for the filter size, whilst still allowing increased air flow to the filter. Each filter kit comes with a new filter cage, two filters (60 micron, green, general use and 80 micron, white, for milling and dead dusty timber). Max flow filters are removable, washable and need oiling after each wash, the oil helps hold even more finer particles. We stock both the oils and replacement filters. . This is the kit for ms661, which has the unique black rain cover.
