Megger LT310 Earth Loop Tester FAULTY

I bought his a few years ago as a faulty unit. It was an easy repair at the time and it worked well for a couple of years. It is now giving incorrect readings for loop measurements. You can see in one of the photos that it shows 58.4Ohm. This is on a circuit with 0.2Ohms. The voltage measurement is correct. I cannot find what the problem is. It needs someone with more knowledge of these units than me. Physically it is in very good condition. The strap is like new. The plastic box is good with working catches. The documents are there. No cables/test leads are included.
