Some mild speckled yellowing to the inserts and wear consistent with being stored in a high humidity environment without much ventilation for a while, a bit grubby looking overall in other words. Still fairly decent, normal signs of frequent use, the speckling and grubbiness might not bother you but it was enough for me to choose to just get rid of it instead of putting it in my collection so keep that in mind before you purchase if you are as anal as I am.
