This book has been in my family for many years. I am unable to find a date when it was published but believe it was 1912. It is in excellent condition considering its age. There is a double page which is loose and the edges are a little darker than the others. The top corners of these 2 pages show some slight wear, but they fit very well back inside the book. There is another loose section of 4 pages which are loose but show no signs of wear and fit well inside the book The rest of the book and the cover, is in very good order as can be seen in the photos.
