Muddy Waters was from Mississippi, but he was, among other things, the King Of Chicago Blues. He created a body of work that was covered by and influenced a wide range of artists including Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, The Rolling Stones, Rod Stewart, The Allman Brothers Band, jazz organist Jimmy Smith, even master songwriter Chuck Berry.
