Viktor Hryhorovych Dubrovsky (June 7, 1876, Fastiv - after 1943) was a Ukrainian lexicographer, lexicologist[1], and translator. A very old and unique Dictionary translator "Ukrainian-Moscow" published at the beginning of the last century (1908-1918), when the "Ukrainian People's Republic", "UNR" existed for several years.
