Dance-based drama written, produced and directed by Lisa Niemi, wife of actor Patrick Swayze, who co-stars and co-produces the film. When the artistic director of a New York dance company dies, three former stars of the company are brought out of retirement in the hope of saving the company by resurrecting a dance piece that was created for them years ago, but never performed. In fact, the dance played a part in bringing about the end of all their careers in different ways. Given one final chance to recover their long-forgotten dream, the three dancers battle against time, nerves and frayed relationships to face up both to themselves and to the dance.
