NOS 12AT7/ECC81 tubes. They have black "wing" plates, ring getter. I have a few pairs of these, I've tested them in my TV-7/U tester, where the minimum good value is 50 (corresponds to 65% of nominal emission), all the tubes were in the 80-90 range (over 100%).
