After an EP in 2017 and their first album 'Bowling' in 2021, the trio Pelouse, composed with Xavier Machault, Quentin Biardeau, and Martin Debisschop, returns with découdre. A ten-track record where rhythm machines, feverish saxophone, synths, and thick basses engage in a dialogue with sensitive lyrics, sometimes intimate or political, sometimes surreal or poetic. For this new opus, the group has worked in a more focused musical universe, both wild and subtle, where electronic rock and contemporary French song blend. The group continues to maintain its singularity, making it quite unclassifiable, somewhere between Dominique A and LCD Soundsystem, between Brigitte Fontaine and Morphine.
