This item currently does not work as intended. The shutter release fires, the film advance moves but the mirror remains in the upright position when composing a shot. Considering it is about 60 years old, it is in fairly good cosmetic condition apart from some light dents in the prism head and a screw in the base cover that has a head that is completely worn away. This does not affect the removal of the cover. I have managed to get it working correctly very briefly before it relapsed into not working as it should. An elegant little camera that only needs a little repair before it works as it did in the mid 1960s.
