Vacuum tubes can be tested for variaty of attributes, but they are very rarly beeing tested for everything. I usually test for the attributes I find most important with the specific tube. However these differences shall not be significant (usually within 15%), and when done right, won't show a bad tube as good, or a barely good tube as very strong.
