On sale is this terrific folio volume, part one of the “Grand Dictionnaire Historique” by Louis Moréri - the most famous and inexhaustible source for history as genealogy. It is beautifully bound in leather with elaborate embossings to the spine. Good opportunity to complete your set! Condition: Good to very good, considering age (1740!). Some external wear, but nothing drastic. Light liquid staining, particularly first pages. All in all, a lovely volume though. Private sale. No warranty, no returns.
