RS components clamp vice. Unused and in box but has been stored for a few years. There are a few chip marks and scrapes on it from being shuffled about in the box up against other things. But its a strong metal vice and these marks are superficial. It is definitely new and the marks on it look worse in the photos than what they actually are. Inner jaws show it has not been clamped on anything. However, do not buy if this concerns you. Good for mobile use. RS components do not sell cheap vices so this is well worth my asking price.
