This is the original Van Gelder-stamped stereo pressing of Sam Rivers “A New Conception” on the New York USA labels of Blue Note BST 84249. The playing surface is virtually in new condition, with a high luster; small scratch on Side 1 label; the coated N. Y. 10023 cover is also virtually in new condition – bright, clean, and immaculate in every respect, with sharp corners; very slight wear on the bottom seam, at the opening.
