This is a new, old stock, SONY NP-FF51 Lithium Ion battery, still sealed in original packaging. 7.2V 780mAh 5.6Wh Info-Ion Manufactured by SONY in Japan. Have been tested (with another from same batch) and are charging to 100%, no issues. Only the SONY manufactured batteries contain the “info” logic control chips to manage the battery and allow the camera to report battery condition / run time etc. They are well worth the extra money over generic copy batteries.
