This screw on cap fits most of the "0" series, like the 024, 026, 028, 044, 046, 064, 066,MS660, 084, 088, etc. If in doubt check your parts list / IPL. If you do that then you will be left with the small bulbous piece of plastic, which slots into the slotted trench that on the later saws retains the cap to the tank So this cap will fit both the older and new tanks.
