In the style of the important Irish writer and artist Percy French (1854 to 1920) a view of what is probably Sunrise Over the Marshes. It is an antique framed and glazed painting and probably dates to the first 20 years of the 20th century. It comes complete with its original gold coloured mount and frame. It remains in very good condition and the colours are ni e and bright. Just a few light spot marks to the sky. It measures. The image size measures 17cm x 37.5cm and the frame measures 34cm x 54cm. Some rubbing and light soil marks to the frame largely commensurate with its age. Please note that I have reassembled the frame with tabs using a modern framing tool.
