You are buying a very nice Sylvania type 45 tube. This was tested using my recently refurbished and calibrated TV-7 Tube Tester. Testiing- Minimum Acceptance @65 % is 47. This tube tested at 88. NOS is considered 72. This tube tested very strong! This tube was tested for shorts, leaks, and mutual conductance.
