The Book of Animals is a very comprehensive factual young person's book about the varied nature of animals throughout the world. You can see from the index picture above the animals that are included in this book which was published in 1966 by Fleetway Plublications and printed in Italy for Hamlyn. The cover artwork is by Nemo and the condition is not too bad (just my opinion) with no tears and creases although there is yellowing of the pages and an owner's name has been written on the top of the contents page. Actually the most spotting and yellowing is on the contents page which you can see from the photo's above. Please bear in mind that this book is now almost 58 years old.
