This handsome 1885 leather bound book is in acceptable condition..Unfortunately the rear board is now loose therefore needs to go to a bookbinder for repair..this is reflected in my selling price..The black boards are embossed with impressed lines and crosses and gilt writing..this is duplicated on the external spine ..the spine as 5 raised band which are very worn and scuffed with a small tear to the top and along the gutter too..The page ext edges are gilt..The internal pages are moderately tanned with a touch of spotting
