Two volumes which have been re-covered with hard-wearing fabric. Volume two has some water marks on the back cover and some smaller ones at the top on the corner - see photo. Volume one has one lighter mark to the front. Both volumes have decked edges to text blocks. Both volumes have age tanning and occasional patch of foxing here and there, mos notably to the protection pages for the illustrations, otherwise pages are clean and intact throughout and with sound hinges. Light pencil notes inside front cover - see photos. Both volumes are illustrated with occasional b/w images. Overall condition of both volumes is very good.
