This is the story of the 23rd Hussars during the Second World War. One of several new armoured regiments formed in 1940, the Regiment underwent continual training until June 1944 when it deployed to Normandy. Thereafter, the Regiment fought it's way across North West Europe, suffering heavy casualties, until the end of the War.
