This is the first print run of these cards. The stats are a mixture of fact and interpretation. Reign of Terror reflects the time from the first known kill to apprehension by the authorities. Confirmed and suspected kills reflects the best current known knowledge and probable speculation. Infamy and Shock Value have some artistic license based on media coverage. I’ve included a small biography on each individual, but some of the small print in the blurb is variable between cards so I’ve reduced the price by £2 as a result. It will be fixed in subsequent print runs.
