In March 2017 sixteen SAIS students spent one week in Ukraine interviewing leaders, and members of international organizations and members of the community in Kyiv and Vinnytsia. The objective of the trip was to gain a deeper understanding of the conflict; to evaluate the conflict management efforts that have taken place; and finally to present recommendations about how best to advance the process of long-term conflict resolution and peace-building. Students will discuss their findings and present their report.
