This is the critical part HV Tube Rectifier assembly for the V1000 Ion Implanter. This board and the control board are basically the whole module. PCB board comes new and unused/ These PCB boards get a lot of stress due to heat and HV output rectifier tubes (not included) are used to to decouple the DC source from the Implanter. It is a unique part! You should buy a couple of spares because you can rehab your own box pretty easily instead of buying another box.
