This auction is for an excellent very early copy of the delightful 'Appley Dappley's Nursery Rhymes' by Beatrix Potter. I am not well versed enough to say whether this is a first edition book, however, the book has no text to the reverse of any of the picture pages,so clearly very early. The book is undated and is excellent clean condition with only one inked name to the title page and a gift inscription to the following page, no inscribing or marks to any of the other pages (please see photos). The binding is tight and the spine is also in great condition. Please also see my other early Beatrix Potter books listed all with a very low start price.
