#9 This is small leather bound notebook compiled by a company which provided valuations for hotels and pub chains and their stock. The notebook is approx 18x12cm cm and is mostly full of content, all hand written. A couple of pages have been removed. The cover is poor with absent spine but this is an interesting snapshot of social history. Several hundred pages - runs through the early 1900s. Others for sale - see my listings.
