If your Ball Joint boots are cracked or perished it will allow dirt and water in which in time will wear out the joint and cause play in the steering, It is also an MOT failure to have split track rod end boots and ball joint boots, If the joint is good you can just replace the rubber boot which saves a lot of time and the tracking will not have to be re set etc. This boot comes with 2 new OEM quality spring clips. Fits upper and lower joints The track rod end boots are also available from the Wolfsburg Restos ebay shop.
